After processing, delivery usually takes:

 

• USA: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

 

 

Delivery time depends on your location, carrier speed, and local postal conditions.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Some products may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be changed.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fashtyz is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

For delays or missing packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will assist you as much as possible to help resolve the issue.

 

7. International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country.
